We want to introduce you to the latest updates we've included in the software. These are some small improvements and user requests that we hope will be very useful for you.

Online Reservations

We've enhanced the configuration of online booking/appointments. We've added more information and assistance to make it easier for you to use the online booking system on your website, blog, and social media.

Additionally, we've included a preview option to view the form with your configuration in different languages.

In the software for Grooming, Pet Training, Pet Hotel, and Pet Daycare:

Cancelling a booking or appointment:

• If it has associated transport services, they are automatically removed.

• If you have scheduled automatic reminders to be sent, they are automatically canceled.

In the software for Pet Grooming and Pet Training:

• In the View > Appointments and View > Online Appointments options, you can now filter to see all appointments or by status (pending or canceled).

In the software for Pet Boarding and Pet Nursery:

• In the View > Bookings and View > Online Reservations options, you can now filter to see all bookings or by status (pending or canceled).

Languages

• Now the interactive help displayed within the software on various screens is also available in French, Catalan, Italian, Portuguese, and German.

• The website is now also available in German.
