Payments & renewals

Available payment methods: and


There are two payment methods:

  • Annual : with a single payment you can use your app for 12 months. Includes an interesting discount.

  • Monthly : You Pay monthly. WITHOUT PERMANENCE. Each month the payments are automatically renewed.


You can choose if you want to pay using your credit / debit card or using your PayPal account. In both cases, it's totally safe for you, because we use the PayPal secure payment gateway.

If you have the monthly payment method, but you want to change and make a single annual payment to benefit yourself from an interesting discount:

  1. Access to Gespet software using your username and password.

  2. In the home-page, select the app you want and click on the green button Change and save

  3. It redirects you to our website, to the shopping cart

  4. If you want, you can add more apps to the shopping cart and finish the purchase

  5. Fill in the payment information (Paypal account, credit card, debit card, ...)

  6. Access your PayPal account and cancel the monthly subscription that you had created.

Your app will be renewed for one year, starting from the expiration date of your monthly subscription. For example, if the monthly subscription would be active until June 25 and today June 2, you make the change, you will not "lose those days"; Your annual renewal will begin on June 25, so it will be active until June 25 of next year.




If you had the annual payment method, it will expire and now you want to renew the software, but making monthly payments:

  1. Access the Gespet software

  2. In the home-page > click the software has expired (for example PetShop)

  3. It redirects you to our website, to the shopping cart

  4. If you want, you can add more apps to the shopping cart and when you have selected all the ones you want to buy, complete the purchase

  5. Now fill in your PayPal account details to create the subscription monthly. PayPal will make a charge every month, to renew that subscription.

All information is kept, nothing is lost. The access data are the same, everything works exactly the same.
Remember that in the case of the annual payment, you benefit from a discount of more than 20% in your software.


If you do not want to continue using the software



You don't have to do anything. When the expiration date arrives, it will not be renewed.

As you know, after 30 days from the expiration date, the data stored in your app will be completely deleted and later we will not be able to recover it.
During those 30 days, if you wish, you can buy your app again and keep the data.


  1. Access the Gespet software

  2. Cancel the monthly subscription

  3. As soon as we receive notification of the cancellation, we will process the cancellation of your app, although it will remain active and you will be able to continue using it until the expiration date.


As you know, after 30 days from the expiration date, the data stored in your app will be completely deleted and later we will not be able to recover it.
During those 30 days, if you wish, you can buy your app again and keep the data.

Modify subscriptions - Unsubscribe only one app


If you have created a monthly subscription in PayPal, the subscription is for various apps (for example grooming + petshop + hotel) and you want to stop using any of them (for example hotel) , PayPal does not allow you modifying subscriptions, so you will have to cancel it and create a new one.


  • Access your PayPal account

  • Cancel the monthly subscription

  • The apps will remain active until the subscription expiration date, but PayPal will no longer renew the subscription for the following months

  • When the apps expire and you access the software, on the front page you will see the option Buy

  • Click on one of the apps you want to buy (for example Grooming)

  • The shopping cart appears, if you want add other apps (for example PetShop ) and complete the purchase.

  • Fill in the Payment information to create the new monthly subscription

  • PayPal creates a new subscription to renew only those 2 apps.


How to change the PayPal account in which you have created the subscription


Paypal does not allow you to change a subscription that you have created with one account to a different account. For example, if you have created the subscription with your personal account and now you want to change it to your company account, it's not possible to do it directly in Paypal.

To do this, you have two options:


  1. Access to Gespet software using your username and password.

  2. In the home-page, select the app you want and click on the green button Change and save

  4. If you want, you can add more apps to the shopping cart and finish the purchase

  5. Fill in the payment information (Paypal account, credit card, debit card, ...)

  3. When the expiration date of the software arrives and you access the Gespet software, the "Buy" option will appear on the home-page.

  4. Click on the software you want (for example Hotel)

  5. It redirects you to our website, to the shopping cart

  6. If you want, you can add more apps to the cart and when you have selected all the ones you want to buy, complete the purchase

  7. Now fill in the payment information, with the NEW ACCOUNT that you want to use to create the subscription.

All information is kept, nothing is lost. The access data are the same, everything works exactly the same.


Card associated with the PayPal account


If you have a credit card configured in PayPal and you want to change information (for example, update the expiration date) or if you want to delete an old card and add a new card:

  • Access your PayPal account> My money > cards

  • Select the card you want to modify or delete, add a new card or whatever you need


Billing


If you give us your information or your business information (Name, Business ID/NIF, full address and country) , we will send you the invoice.

In monthly subscriptions, if you want to receive the invoice automatically every month, you only have to request the sending of the Periodic Invoice.
In that case, we need you to fill out the form with the data and we will store it to generate the bill every month.

When do we delete the data and delete the account?


After 30 days from the expiration date, your account and the data stored in your app will be completely deleted and we will not be able to recover them later. During those 30 days, if you wish, you can rehire your app again, keeping the data.

That is, if your app expires on March 10, you can rehire your app until April 10 and your data will be kept; But if you hire for example in May, the data will no longer be there, because the database is deleted 30 days after the expiration date.
