Available payment methods:
There are two payment methods:
Annual : with a single payment you can use your app for 12 months.
Monthly : You Pay monthly.
Special discounts. You can have an interesting discount on the purchase and renewal of the software, if:
You choose the annual payment: A special discount is applied if you pay the whole year in a single payment
You purchase multiple software together: If you purchase or renew multiple software at the same time, a special discount will also apply.
Discounts are calculated in real time and you will see them in the shopping cart while you checkout or renew. When you go to make the payment, these discounts will have already been discounted, without using any code.
PAY WITH YOUR OWN CURRENCY.
On our website you can see all the prices and use the converter to calculate them in your currency. When paying, it will be shown in the default currency (American Dollar $) but don't worry, the charge will be made in your currency.
We offer multiple payment options: Credit Card, ApplePay, Google Pay, Link, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL. (subject to geographic availability)
How to renew the software
Whether you have chosen to pay for your software every month or by making a single annual payment, if you want to continue using the software you do not have to do anything. It will be automatically renewed after one month or one year (depending on the contracted period).
If there is any problem with your renewal or the renewal of your annual software is approaching, we will notify you.
You can change the mode of payment yearly - monthly or vice versa
Change from monthly payment to annual payment
If you have the monthly payment method, but you want to change and make a single annual payment to benefit yourself from an interesting discount:
Access to Gespet software using your username and password.
In the home-page, select the app you want and click on the green button Change and save
It redirects you to our website, to the shopping cart
If you want, you can add more apps to the shopping cart and finish the purchase
Enter the payment information
Your app will be renewed for one year, starting from the expiration date of your monthly subscription. For example, if the monthly subscription would be active until June 25 and today June 2, you make the change, you will not "lose those days"; Your annual renewal will begin on June 25, so it will be active until June 25 of next year.
If you had the annual payment method, it will expire and now you want to renew the software, but making monthly payments:
Access the Gespet software
In the home-page > click the software has expired (for example PetShop)
It redirects you to our website, to the shopping cart
If you want, you can add more apps to the shopping cart and when you have selected all the ones you want to buy, complete the purchase

Enter your payment information. We will make a charge every month, to renew that subscription.
All information is kept, nothing is lost. The access data are the same, everything works exactly the same. Remember that in the case of the annual payment, you have an interesting direct discount.
If you do not want to continue using the software
If you have a monthly contract, contact us; We will cancel your monthly subscription so that it is not renewed for the next few months.
When the contracted period ends, the software will be cancelled.
For example, your software was renewed on January 10, so it's active from January 10 to February 10.
On January 18th you tell us that you want to stop using the software.
We cancel the subscription.
- You can continue using the software until February 10, but it will no longer be renewed and therefore no further charge will be made.
If you have contracted it annually, 30 days before the expiration date we will notify you that your software is going to be renewed for 1 more year. We will notify you by email and with a notification permanently visible in the software (you will see it every time you access the software).
If you don't want it to automatically renew for another year, just contact us and we'll cancel the renewal. The software will be active until the expiration date and will not be renewed.
View an exampleFor example, you have contracted your software annually on February 15, 2021, so it will be active until February 15, 2022.
On January 15th we will notify you that your software will be renewed for one more year on February 15th.
For example, on January 20 you tell us that you want to stop using the software.
We cancel the next automatic renewal
- You can continue using the software until February 15, but it will no longer be renewed and therefore no further charge will be made.
What happens next?
As you know, after 30 days from the expiration date, the data stored in your app will be completely deleted and later we will not be able to recover it.
During those 30 days, if you wish, you can buy your app again and keep the data.
