Until now, the information you configured in your account was used both for the
commercial side (communications, etc.) and for invoicing.
Now you can define:
Billing details: These will appear on purchase and sales invoices.
Commercial details: These will appear in communications.
This update is especially valuable if…
You’re a small business or freelancer who uses personal details for invoicing but prefers to display a trade name and other information in the rest of the documents.
You have multiple branches or locations: each can have its own commercial details, while all invoices are issued with centralized billing information.
You manage different brands under the same company: each brand can have its own commercial identity, while invoices share the same tax information.
With this new feature, you can adapt your invoicing and commercial image in a more professional and personalized way — with no hassle.
It’s already available in your Gespet account. Simply go to Settings > Basic > Company details and configure each section according to your needs.
