Configure your business and billing information separately

At Gespet, we keep working to make managing your business easier and more flexible.

That’s why we’ve added a new option that allows you to set up your business (commercial) details and billing details independently.

What does this mean?

Until now, the information you configured in your account was used both for the commercial side (communications, etc.) and for invoicing.
Now you can define:

• Billing details: These will appear on purchase and sales invoices.

• Commercial details: These will appear in communications.

Why is this useful?

This update is especially valuable if…

• You’re a small business or freelancer who uses personal details for invoicing but prefers to display a trade name and other information in the rest of the documents.

• You have multiple branches or locations: each can have its own commercial details, while all invoices are issued with centralized billing information.

• You manage different brands under the same company: each brand can have its own commercial identity, while invoices share the same tax information.

With this new feature, you can adapt your invoicing and commercial image in a more professional and personalized way — with no hassle.

It’s already available in your Gespet account. Simply go to Settings > Basic > Company details and configure each section according to your needs.
