• Delete that booking or check-in

• Cancel that booking to keep a record of the reason and send a cancellation confirmation to the customer

• Open the details of that booking/check-in to view and edit or update it

• Send the reminder for the booking so the customer won’t forget it

• Convert the booking into a check-in , i.e., make the hotel check-in

• Check out of the hotel. You can choose to:

  • Just check out

  • Check out and invoice

  • Or check out and invoice in PetShop to add products and other services
