As you already know, in Gespet's CRM, Marketing and Communication module, you can set up:

• Your templates, for general messages you send to clients, suppliers, employees and contacts whenever you want.

• Occasional templates, for special moments such as birthday wishes for clients and pets, welcome messages, re-engagement or reactivation, etc.

• And also templates for transactional or service communications.
