SEND MESSAGES TO YOUR CUSTOMERS




It's very simple, just follow these steps:

  1. Click on the option you want, for example: Settings > Reminders > By email and the full list of templates you can configure will appear

  2. In the top right corner, select the language, for example Spanish

  3. Click on the one you want to configure, for example Hotel Booking Reminder

On the right side, you'll see a Preview, so you can see how the template you're configuring will look.


Gespet AI

You can write the subject (for emails) and the content you want. But if you'd prefer, Gespet AI can make a suggestion using Artificial Intelligence.

Just choose the style you prefer, and it will suggest a subject and content.

USE THE TEXT EDITOR

We've included an editor that will help you give your messages a more attractive format easily.

You can insert emojis or icons using the option Insert > Emojis and include links (e.g. to your website, your social media, etc.) using the Insert > Link option.

In the email message editor, there are additional options for aligning text, using numbered or bulleted lists, indentations, colors, and text formatting (bold, italics).


YOU CAN USE TEXT TEMPLATES

For example, if you want to include the pet's name, appointment time, etc. in a message, you don't have to write them manually each time.

The process is very simple. If you include the text-template RESERVATION > PETS > NAME, when sending the message to the customer, the software will automatically replace it with the pet's name for that appointment.

How to include Placeholders or text templates in messages?



For example, you're setting up an automatic appointment reminder and want the pet's name to appear:

  1. Place your cursor where you want to include this text.

  2. Click on the Placeholder or TEXT-TEMPLATE icon

  3. Select Booking or Appointment > Pets > Name and click Save

  4. You will see that a phrase appears between curly braces {}

  5. At that spot, the software will replace it with the name of the pets associated with that appointment or reservation


Or you might want to write the appointment date and time, for example. You can choose the date/time format you want, and the process is the same.

If you want the format to be, for example: Monday, November 5 at 12:30 :

  • Place your cursor where you want to include the date
  • Then select the text templates:
  • {$BOOKING.DATE.DAY_NAME}, {$BOOKING.DATE.MONTH_NAME} {$BOOKING.DATE.DAY} at {$BOOKING.START_TIME.24_HOUR}

It's very simple, because on the right side, you will see the preview, so you'll know how the message design is coming along and can make any changes you need.
