SEND MESSAGES TO YOUR CUSTOMERS



It's a breeze. All you have to do is, in the Marketing module, CRM communication, go to the Settings option > and select the template you want to set up:


Automatic reminders

You can set up automatic reminders. These are messages that you decide when you want them to be sent to the customer, and the software takes care of sending them when the date arrives. For example, 3 days before the appointment.


There are various automatic reminders available for each business area:


  • Hotel: Reservation reminder.

    To remind the customer they have a planned stay and the check-in date is approaching.


  • Nursery or Daycare: Reservation reminder.

    To remind the customer they have a planned stay and the check-in date/time is coming up.


  • Grooming: Appointment reminder.

    To remind the customer they have an upcoming appointment and the date/time is approaching.


  • Training: Appointment reminder.

    To remind the customer they have an upcoming appointment and the date/time is approaching.


  • Veterinary: Appointment reminder.

    To remind the customer they have an upcoming appointment and the date/time is approaching.

Reminders

These are reminders that you can send to your customers whenever you like, to remind them of upcoming appointments, deliveries, consultations, etc. You can send them through:

There are different reminders available for each business area:


  • Hotel: Reservation Reminder.

    To remind the customer that they have a scheduled stay, and the check-in date is approaching.


  • Hotel: Check-out Reminder.

    To remind the customer that the check-out date or end of stay is approaching.


  • Daycare: Reservation Reminder.

    To remind the customer that they have a planned stay, and the check-in date/time is approaching.


  • Daycare: Check-out Reminder.

    To remind the customer that the check-out time or end of stay is approaching.


  • Breeding: Delivery Reminder.

    To remind the customer that the delivery of their puppy is just around the corner.


  • Grooming: Appointment Reminder.

    To remind the customer that their purchase delivery is coming up soon.
