You can print it, but if you prefer, you can also send it directly by email.

You can also send a copy to your email if you'd like.

Complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding communication with customers is not easy, especially when many of the customers are long-time customers. However, don't worry, we also assist you with this:

We assist you with communications

Before sending an email from the software, it checks if the client has consented to receive communications. If not, it displays a notice on the screen.

If you want to update the information, you can directly access their profile by clicking, to update their consent.

We continue working on many more innovations, which we will soon include in the software.
