We’ve introduced a new feature many of you have been asking for. In the Daily Pet Daycare Agenda, you can now select any date and instantly see all important actions and scheduled events for that day.

Until now, the daycare module displayed a panel with the bookings scheduled to check in on that specific date.

It already included quick actions that allowed you to process check-ins with one click and send automatic reminders to clients so they wouldn’t forget their appointment.

Now, we’ve taken it one step further.

You’ll also find a new panel showing pets currently in daycare — meaning they’ve checked in but haven’t checked out yet.

From there, you can see all scheduled check-outs for the selected day, process them instantly, and send pick-up reminders to clients in seconds.

How many times has a client forgotten to drop off or pick up their pet?

With automatic reminders, you reduce no-shows, prevent misunderstandings, and keep your daycare running smoothly. Less chaos. Fewer last-minute calls. More control over your schedule.

In short, you now have a complete daily overview: check-ins, check-outs, and client reminders — all in one place.
