As you know, with Gespet you can:

  • Manage appointments and bookings

  • And, using the online booking/appointment system, your customers can request appointments at your business.

You can send them a confirmation when you accept an appointment, or a cancellation if you reject it, or if they cancel it themselves and you want written confirmation of that cancellation.


Appointments/bookings and online appointments/bookings are available for: hotel, daycare, grooming, training and veterinary services.


By default, a notification is sent with a predefined layout or format. It is simple and professional, suitable for most businesses.

But if you want to customize it and adapt it to your brand image and your own style (more casual and fun, more formal and professional, etc.), you can do so through the CRM, Marketing and Communication module.

This allows you to configure templates to customize the appearance of communications sent via WhatsApp or email.


You can configure:

  • Your templates, for general messages you send to customers, suppliers, staff and contacts whenever you want.

  • Occasional templates, for special occasions such as birthday greetings for customers and pets, welcome messages, re-engagement or reactivation, etc.

  • And also templates for transactional or service communications.


Regarding the latter — transactional ones — we have added a new feature to improve communication with customers who use WhatsApp.

You can now send appointment and booking confirmations and cancellations via WhatsApp and configure your own templates.

Until now this option was only available by email, but you can now send them through WhatsApp as well.
