For example, in a Pet Hotel you can organize stays visually by rooms or kennels, while in a Grooming salon you can organize appointments and services by groomer. Each planner provides a specialized view adapted to its area.

But what happens when your business offers several services?

Pet Hotel, Daycare, Grooming, Veterinary, Dog Training, Pet Transport... checking each schedule separately is not always the fastest way to understand what is happening across your entire business.

We have included smart validations. When you drag and drop an event to change its day or time, Gespet automatically performs several checks to help you keep your schedule accurate and avoid errors.

For example, imagine that you want to move an appointment assigned to James, your groomer, from Monday to Tuesday. Before applying the change, Gespet checks whether James already has another appointment or service scheduled for that day and time. It also checks:

• James's working hours

• His non-working days

Depending on your settings, Gespet will display a warning or prevent the change if the new date or time is outside James's working hours or falls on one of his non-working days.
