Gespet E-invoicing provides features for integrating the Gespet ERP+CRM with electronic invoicing systems through providers certified by the competent Administration.
Gespet is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) + CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system that helps professionals manage and automate their internal processes and manage customer relationships from a single, centralized platform.
At Gespet, we follow an affordable and fair pricing policy; in other words, accessible and fair prices designed so that any business in the pet sector, regardless of its size or invoicing volume, can access professional, complete, high-quality software.
We firmly believe that technology should not be a luxury, but a tool accessible to everyone. For that reason, we adjust our prices to offer the best without making it a financial burden, while remaining true to our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and inclusion.
For this reason, we have not increased the base cost of the management solutions that are part of the Gespet ERP+CRM in order to cover the high costs involved in implementing electronic invoicing.
Instead, we offer Users full flexibility. They may:
Continue using the Gespet ERP+CRM and generate and send their electronic invoices free of charge through the official tool provided by the Tax Agency or the corresponding authority. This allows them to reduce costs and adapt their operations to their needs.
You will be able to complete the corresponding service and a summary document (sale document or delivery note) will be generated, but the law requires us not to allow the generation of a traditional invoice (because all invoices must now be electronic).Or, if they prefer, they may contract and use Gespet E-invoicing to integrate it into their Gespet ERP+CRM, generating and sending invoices directly.
When contracting the Gespet E-invoicing service, the User must choose among the different available systems, selecting the one that applies to their business according to their country or territory of activity.
Once registration has been completed and a system has been contracted, it will not be possible to change the selection to a different system or cancel the service in order to request a refund of the amount paid.
Contracting the service involves direct registration with the certified provider, the start of the configuration process, and the launch of the service. Therefore, the User must make sure that the appropriate system is correctly selected before confirming the subscription.
In some countries, the invoicing system must be chosen based on the applicable territory.
For example, in Spain, as a general rule, for the territories of Álava (Araba), Biscay (Bizkaia), and Gipuzkoa (Gipuzkoa), the mandatory system is TicketBAI, whereas for the rest of Spain the usual option is VeriFactu, although there are exempt territories or special conditions. In case of doubt as to which system applies, the User must obtain information in advance by consulting the competent administration or a tax advisor before contracting the service.
Due to the complexity of configuration, registration with
the certified provider, and validations with the tax authority or
competent body, monthly contracting is not available.
The service is available on an annual subscription basis; therefore,
the duration of the contracted service shall be 365 days from the date
of contracting.
If the User has several Gespet ERP+CRM modules (Hotel, Store, Veterinary, Daycare, Grooming, among others), the User may use the electronic invoicing service for all invoices generated in any business area, without needing to contract a separate service for each module.
The User may continue using the Gespet ERP+CRM without
the invoice issuance functionality and may choose to generate and send
electronic invoices free of charge through the official tool provided
by the Tax Agency or corresponding authority.
Or, if preferred, the User may contract and use Gespet E-invoicing to
integrate it into their Gespet ERP+CRM, generating and sending invoices
directly.
Gespet applies an affordable and fair pricing policy,
allowing the User to subscribe according to their invoicing volume,
measured by the number of invoices issued per month.
You may choose the package that best suits your needs: 100, 500, or
1,000 monthly invoices.
Each generated invoice will count as one consumed unit, and the number
of invoices included in your plan resets on the first day of each
calendar month.
Once the contracted monthly limit is reached, it will not be possible
to generate or send any additional invoices through Gespet E-invoicing
until the start of the next monthly period; alternatively, it is
possible to contract a higher-tier module to have a larger number of
invoices available each month.
This can be done directly from your Gespet account.
The subscription price is:
100 monthly invoices: $ 395.40 per year
500 monthly invoices: $ 599.40 per year
1,000 monthly invoices: $ 875.40 per year
Payment is made in a single payment. The duration is one year (365 days) and allows the generation and sending of 100, 500, and 1,000 invoices respectively each month.
If the User does not complete the initial activation (by filling in their tax information), does not issue invoices, issues fewer invoices than those available under the contracted package (100, 500, and 1,000 invoices per month respectively), or decides to stop using the service before its expiration date, the User may cancel it at any time, but shall not be entitled to request a refund of the proportional unused portion. The service will remain active and operational until its expiration date, at the User's disposal.
Gespet E-invoicing provides an integrated technical solution to facilitate compliance with electronic invoicing obligations, but it cannot guarantee that the User has the knowledge, data, or requirements necessary for its proper configuration or use.
Under no circumstances may a refund of the amount paid be requested if the User does not know how to configure the system, does not have any of the mandatory requirements imposed by the public administration (such as certificates, identifiers, registration in the system, etc.), does not know or does not correctly enter their tax information, or simply does not complete the activation of the service for reasons beyond Gespet's control.
Likewise, no refunds shall apply if the User requests cancellation of the service (due to cessation of activity, a change in tax jurisdiction, a change to another computer system, or any other reason), or if the authorities delay the effective dates of the electronic invoicing obligation. The fact that its use is not yet mandatory does not prevent the system from being active and usable by the User; therefore, that circumstance shall not give rise to a full or partial refund.
Gespet will provide, whenever available, links to official help content provided by the competent administrations, as well as explanatory documentation to guide the User through the process.
However, responsibility for having correct tax information and complying with the required procedures rests exclusively with the User, who must, if needed, seek additional help from a tax advisor or from the corresponding tax administration.
Gespet does not provide tax or legal advice, and its responsibility is limited to the technical integration and operation of the system.
DISCONTINUING USE OF THE SERVICE
The User may request to stop using the electronic invoicing service at any time. Such request must be made expressly and will be recorded by Gespet for traceability purposes.
Before proceeding, Gespet will inform the User that deactivation of the system may have tax and legal implications, especially in cases where the User is subject to regulations requiring the use of verifiable invoicing systems. For that reason, the User will be advised to consult in advance with a tax advisor or with the competent administration.
The request for cancellation or termination must include the reason for the request, which will also be recorded by Gespet for control and traceability purposes.
Cancellation will take effect immediately and is irreversible. This action cannot be cancelled afterward, because the termination will be immediately submitted to and processed by the certified provider.
Gespet acts exclusively as a technology provider and does not provide tax or legal advice. Gespet shall be released from any liability arising from the User's decision to stop using the service or from the User's failure to comply with their tax obligations.
USING THE SERVICE AGAIN AFTER A PREVIOUS CANCELLATION
The User may request to contract the service again, which
will, in all cases, require a new activation of the service and the
start of a new subscription period independent from the previously
contracted period.
It is not possible to "recover" the previous service, because it was
cancelled.
During the period in which the service has been deactivated, the User shall be solely responsible for complying with their tax and legal obligations, including, where applicable, the proper issuance of invoices in accordance with the regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
The User declares that the request for a new subscription
is consistent with their current tax situation and that they comply
with the requirements established by the regulations in force for the
use of electronic invoicing systems.
In case of doubt, the User shall consult in advance with a tax advisor
or with the competent administration.
Gespet acts exclusively as a technology provider and does not provide tax or legal advice. Gespet shall be released from any liability arising from the use of the service, the new subscription, or the User's failure to comply with their tax obligations.
To use electronic invoicing from Gespet, we have created Gespet E-invoicing, a technical integration with a provider certified by the Administration, allowing Users to contract the electronic invoicing service directly from Gespet, with no external procedures or technical knowledge required.
Although contracting is carried out through Gespet, the integration is performed in Gespet E-invoicing with an independent authorized provider; therefore, its use will be subject to that provider's own terms and conditions, which the User must accept during the activation process.
The provider through which the Gespet E-invoicing integration with VeriFactu and TicketBAI is offered is: fiskaly Iberia S.L. | Tax ID: B44752210, with strict security protocols certified under ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
You may download and review the self-declaration for the VeriFactu system:
Spanish VersionThe User is responsible for:
Correctly entering their tax and business information.
Selecting the appropriate service subscription for their business, country, or region.
Complying with the technical and legal requirements imposed by the Administration (such as prior registration, digital certificates, etc.).
Gespet may not be held liable for errors, omissions, or lack of regulatory compliance by the User.
Gespet E-invoicing provides the User with the ability to
issue both full invoices and simplified invoices, in compliance with
current regulations.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the User to determine which type
of invoice must be issued in each case, based on:
the tax legislation applicable in their country or territory,
the characteristics of their economic activity,
the nature of the end customer (individual, company, domestic, or international),
and the invoiced amounts.
Gespet does not intervene in or validate this decision, and is limited to providing the technical tools necessary to issue one type of invoice or the other, according to the User's decision.
The User undertakes to use the appropriate option in accordance with the tax regulations applicable to them, releasing Gespet from any liability arising from the incorrect use of the selected invoice type.
In case of doubt as to which type of invoice must be issued in each case, the User must obtain information in advance by consulting the competent administration or a tax advisor.
Gespet facilitates the contracting and use of the Gespet E-invoicing service for electronic invoicing through integration with a certified provider, acting as a technical channel for its activation and management.
However, Gespet is not the final provider of the service and therefore cannot assume responsibility for incidents arising from the operation of the external system, the associated legal requirements, or incorrect use of the service by the User.
Compliance with tax regulations depends exclusively on the User, who must make sure that their data is correctly configured and that they follow the steps required by the tax administration.
Electronic invoicing regulations (TicketBAI, VeriFactu, etc.) are mandatory for certain taxpayers, according to current legislation. It is the User's responsibility to know whether these regulations affect them and to what extent, and to apply the procedures required by the administration.
Gespet does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. To resolve questions about whether these obligations affect the User, which regime applies to their activity, or how to complete procedures (registration, records, certificate requests, etc.) before the administration, the User must contact an authorized tax advisor or the Tax Agency, regional tax authority, or competent administration itself.
Gespet may update or modify this information, the configuration process, the necessary technical requirements, or other content related to electronic invoicing at any time in order to adapt it to regulatory or technical changes.
Users are advised to consult this section periodically to stay up to date with the applicable terms.
Scheduled maintenance by either the provider or Gespet will be published as far in advance as possible on the status page, which will always be available so that the User may consult it and stay informed:

Activation and use of Gespet E-invoicing implies the express acceptance of these terms, as well as the terms and conditions of the certified provider that provides the service.
By contracting the service through Gespet, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood both their own responsibility and the limitations of Gespet's liability as technical integrator.
