You can add potential customers with their basic contact information and
interests. For example: they might be interested in learning about training
course prices, purchasing a puppy, or the summer accommodation rates at your
hotel.
In the right menu > Contacts Option
, you can log all
interactions, calls, messages, etc., that you’ve exchanged, and later you can view the
entire history, neatly organized.
