If you manage your Waiting Room, that is, identifying the animals that are already waiting to go into Consultation, it is a very simple process with the software.

When the animal is at the facility, waiting to be attended, we will move them to the "waiting room". This way, we know they are already waiting and can manage our resources to attend to them.
We will be able to know how many animals are already waiting, which ones have not yet arrived for their appointment, etc.
For example, a few days ago Juan made an appointment for his dog Roko. Today is the day
of the appointment, Juan and Roko arrive at the clinic, and we want to move that
appointment to the waiting room.
Moving that appointment to the waiting room is very simple:
In the View > Planning option, click on that appointment and then click
on the button
Or if you prefer, in the View > Appointments option, click on that
appointment and then click on the button
Or in the Daily Agenda > Appointments option, click on that appointment
and then click on the button:
If the animal is already in the waiting room, you will see the status Waiting Room
