STEP 5. HOW TO DO A SERVICE






The customer can request an appointment and when that date arrives, bring the animal to the grooming to do the service: bath / beauty treatment / ...

But you can also do service without the customer requesting an appointment.

To make a service WITHOUT an appointment

To make a new service WITH an appointment

If you do the service, but do not charge it at the moment (because the customer comes later to pick up the animal, or the charges are made at the cash register, etc.), you can leave the service in the "pending" status.

Later, when the customer goes to pay for the service, the service is collected and invoiced.

You can print the invoice if you want, and alsothe documents you have configured (legal conditions, etc.)
